Open a Helper territory in your BC city — no office required

7 min read · June 25, 2026

We handle quoting, scheduling, billing, marketing and admin from head office. Here's exactly what a partner does, what we do, and which cities are open.

The hardest part of starting a cleaning business isn't cleaning. It's the quoting, the scheduling, the chasing of invoices, the ads that don't work and the software that doesn't talk to itself. We built all of that once, and we're opening it to partners across British Columbia and the rest of Canada.

You don't need an office

There is no storefront, no reception desk, no lease. Head office runs the client-facing admin: quote review and release, booking confirmations, payment collection and receipts, KPI reporting and the resource library. A partner runs their territory from a phone and a laptop.

What head office does

Everything that scales better centrally.

  • Quote intake, pricing review and the emailed final price
  • Booking calendar, reminders and client notifications
  • Payment processing, receipts, refunds and recurring billing
  • Brand, website, local landing content and geo-targeted ad templates
  • Operations & training manual, recruitment scripts and certification path
  • Monthly KPI aggregation, branded reports and performance reviews

What the partner does

Recruit and certify helpers, run the territory to the published checklists, and keep quality high. That's the job. Clients arrive through the central funnel and land in your territory queue.

Where we're expanding

Priority BC territories first, then Prairie and Atlantic provinces as certified helper supply allows.

  • BC: Prince George, Quesnel, Vanderhoof, Terrace, Kamloops, Kelowna, Vernon, Nanaimo, Victoria, Abbotsford, Surrey, Burnaby, Fort St. John
  • Alberta: Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Grande Prairie
  • Saskatchewan & Manitoba: Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg
  • Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada by application

The commercial shape

There's an upfront investment, a defined royalty, and a written contract with a payment schedule you can read before you commit. Nothing about the numbers is hidden until a sales call — they're published on the partnership page.

The takeaway

No office, no back-office systems to build — partners run helpers and quality while head office runs quoting, billing, marketing and reporting.
