Franchise, referral or community partner — which model fits you?

The three ways to partner with The-Helper, what each requires, and the kind of operator who thrives in each.

Not everyone who wants to work with us wants to run a cleaning company. That's why the programme has three levels, with genuinely different commitments, rewards and resource access.

Franchise partner

You run a territory: your own helpers, your own clients, our systems, brand, pricing engine and training. You get the full operations and training manual, the marketing kit, recruitment scripts, the certification path and a KPI dashboard reviewed monthly. It's the highest commitment and the highest ceiling.

Referral partner

You have a network — realtors, property managers, contractors, senior care coordinators — and you send work our way. No staff, no territory obligations, a share on converted work, and access to client-facing marketing materials only.

Community partner

Local organisations, charities and small businesses who collaborate on service days, sponsorships and neighbourhood programmes. Light-touch, relationship-first, with access to co-branded community materials.

How to decide

Ask yourself whether you want to build a team. If yes, franchise. If you'd rather monetise relationships you already have, referral. If your motivation is local impact rather than income, community. Applications for all three go through the same form and the same review call.

The takeaway

Match the model to your appetite for building a team — not to the headline number.
