Before the visit

What to do — and what not to do

A short, honest guide so cleaning day runs smoothly for your household and for our helpers.

Please do

  • Leave a clear parking spot near the entrance
  • Pick up toys, clothing and paperwork so we can clean surfaces
  • Secure pets in a safe room or crate
  • Tell us your priority rooms in the booking notes
  • Set the thermostat to a comfortable working temperature
  • Leave access instructions (code, lockbox, key) in your account

Please don't

  • Don't plan to stay home during the clean — for safety and insurance reasons the home must be vacant unless an administrator has approved an exception
  • Don't schedule other trades in the same rooms at the same time
  • Don't leave cash, jewellery or medication out in the open
  • Don't ask helpers to use ladders above 2 steps
  • Don't leave sharp objects or needles in bins
  • Don't run laundry or dishwashers we need to access
  • Don't tip in cash — gratuity can be added to your invoice
Our limits

What we never do

For safety and insurance reasons these sit outside a residential clean. If your home needs one of them we'll tell you plainly and point you to the right trade.

  • Biohazard, mould remediation or pest cleanup
  • Heavy lifting of furniture over 20 lbs
  • Exterior windows above ground level
  • Cleaning up after pets that are unsupervised
  • Hoarding-level clutter (quoted separately)

Every other week, our most popular plan for busy households.

  • All rooms: dusting of reachable surfaces, mirrors and glass spot-clean.
  • Floors vacuumed and hard floors washed.
  • Extra attention to build-up between visits (baseboards, door frames).

Standard cleaning — monthly

A thorough monthly reset of the whole home.

  • Full standard clean of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
  • Detail pass on baseboards, door frames, switch plates and vents.
  • Floors vacuumed, edged and washed.
  • Beds made, bins emptied and general reset of the home.

One-time deep clean

Top-to-bottom detail clean including baseboards, doors and fixtures.

  • Everything in a standard clean, done in detail room by room.
  • Baseboards, doors, frames, switch plates, vents and light fixtures.
  • Inside window sills and tracks, reachable interior glass.
  • Cabinet fronts, backsplash and appliance exteriors degreased.

Move-out clean

Empty-home clean built for damage deposits and handovers.
