Question 1

Why can't I see my price right away?

Accepted Answer

Every home is different. Your estimate is reviewed by a real person, then emailed to you together with the service agreement, our rules and policies. That way the number you see is the number you pay — no surprises on cleaning day.

Question 2

Can my final price be different from the estimate I built online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The online form prices only what you enter, so your reviewed quote can go up or down if the home is different. The most common reasons: larger actual square footage, more bedrooms, bathrooms, levels or a finished basement/suite than listed, add-ons requested later or found on site, heavier condition such as post-construction dust, pet hair, clutter or mould, a first deep clean on a home not cleaned in 3+ months, and access, parking or travel outside our regular Prince George area. Nothing is charged until you approve the emailed quote, and if something on cleaning day changes the price we stop and ask you in writing first.

Question 3

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No — and in fact you shouldn't be. For safety and insurance reasons our cleans are done in a vacant home unless we have approved an exception in your account settings. Most clients save an access code or lockbox instruction in their account. You'll get an on-my-way text and a photo summary when we finish.

Question 4

Do you bring your own supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — professional-grade, family- and pet-safe products and equipment are included. If you prefer we use your products, just note it in your booking.

Question 5

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas in question at no cost. If you're still unhappy, we refund that portion of the service.

Question 6

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

One-time cleans require a 50% deposit to reserve the requested date. Pay by cash on the assessment day or by debit or credit card in your portal. The balance is due after you check the completed cleaning in person.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours a $50 late-cancellation fee applies, and lockouts are billed at 50% of the service.

Question 8

Who will be coming to my home?

Accepted Answer

A trained member of our local team, working from the same written checklist every visit.

Question 9

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Prince George and nearby communities including the Hart, College Heights, Pineview and Salmon Valley.
