Investor programme

Back a family-run cleaning company that is built to scale.

The-Helper Cleaning is expanding from Prince George across northern British Columbia through territory franchises and community partners. Our investor programme lets a small group of aligned people fund that growth and share in it.

We do not publish amounts, valuations, distribution rates or projected returns. Every financial term is sent privately by head office after an inquiry, the same way our franchise terms are handled.

Why invest

What makes this business worth backing

Recurring revenue, one platform behind every territory, and founders who are in the business every day.

A real, cash-generating service business

Cleaning is recurring by nature. Most of our revenue comes from weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans that renew automatically, which makes the revenue base predictable rather than campaign-driven.

Transparent reporting, every quarter

Investors receive a written update covering revenue, active plans, retention, crew headcount and territory progress — published straight to your investor portal.

A platform, not just a crew

Quoting, booking, dispatch, invoicing, payments, partner onboarding and KPI reporting all run on one in-house system. New territories plug into it on day one.

Local roots, national plan

A Filipino-Canadian family business with deep community trust in Prince George, and a documented franchise model designed to repeat that in other cities.

Aligned founders

Ron and Det-det work in the business daily. Nobody is drawing a passive founder salary while investors carry the risk.

Questions

Investor FAQ

Do you publish the amounts or the return?

No. Every financial figure — minimums, valuation, distribution rates — is sent privately after an inquiry, the same way our franchise terms are handled.

Is this a passive role?

Yes by default. Some investors also mentor or open doors in a new territory, but nothing is required of you beyond the investment.

How often will I hear from you?

Quarterly written updates as a minimum, plus an alert whenever something material happens — a new territory, a large commercial contract or a leadership change.

Can I exit?

This is a private holding, so it is illiquid. Exit terms are set out in the subscription documents we send during due diligence.

What happens to my information?

Your inquiry is visible only to head office. Nothing is listed publicly and we never sell or share contact details.
