Cleaning is treated as a stopgap job far too often. Structured properly it's a skilled trade with a real ladder — and the people at the top of ours started at the bottom of it.
The ladder
Each step has a defined standard, an assessment and a pay increase.
- Helper — core certification: safety, chemistry, checklist standards
- Senior helper — deep clean and move-out specialisation, solo routes
- Trainer — onboards new helpers and signs off their certification
- Team lead — route planning, quality audits, client escalations
- Territory operator — the franchise partnership path
What we invest in
Paid training, supplies and equipment provided, guaranteed minimum hours, travel factored into routes, and a named person you can always call. Certification isn't a test you pass alone at home.

Apply through the careers page. We interview for reliability and care, not for years of experience — technique is taught in the first two weeks.
