What actually moves the number

Four things, in order of impact: home size, condition, frequency and add-ons. Bedrooms and bathrooms beyond the first are priced individually, and each add-on — inside fridge, inside oven, interior windows, laundry, garage sweep, baseboard detailing — is a flat $35.

Large homes and the square-footage rule

Homes under 3,400 sq ft are covered by the base price. Above that, every additional band adds $100: $100 for 3,400–4,500 sq ft, $200 for 4,600–6,000, and $100 more for each band beyond. It's mechanical, it's on the quote form, and you can see it before you submit anything.

Recurring plans cost less per visit

A maintained home takes less time, so recurring plans are discounted: 10% monthly, 15% bi-weekly and 20% weekly. That's also why the Standard Home Clean isn't sold as a one-off — a first-time visit to a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned belongs in the deep clean category.
