Your first 90 days as a Helper partner
8 min read · March 2, 2026
Week-by-week: onboarding, certification, first hires, first clients and your first KPI submission.
Approval is the start line, not the finish. Here's what the first three months look like when a territory launches well.
Days 1–14: foundations
Portal access, welcome call, and reading the full operations and training manual for your tier — then signing the acknowledgement. Business registration, insurance and bonding are confirmed in this window. Nothing client-facing happens yet.
Days 15–45: certification and first hires
Complete the certification path yourself before hiring anyone; you cannot supervise a standard you haven't met. Post your first ads using the recruitment scripts, and aim for two certified helpers before your first client, not after.
Days 46–75: soft launch
Ten friendly clients at full price, not discounted. Discounted launch clients teach you nothing about your real market and are the hardest to convert to recurring plans. Collect reviews from every one of them.
Days 76–90: first reporting cycle
Submit your first KPI set by the deadline shown in your portal. Your first monthly performance review email will arrive after aggregation with trend analysis and recommended actions — that call is the most valuable hour of your quarter.
Certify before you hire, hire before you sell, and never launch on discounts.
