Why your final price can change
This form builds an estimate based only on what you enter. Your emailed quote is priced on the real home, so the number can go up or down if any of these turn out to be different:
- Square footage is larger than entered — bigger homes take more time.
- More bedrooms, bathrooms, levels, or finished basement/suite than listed.
- Add-ons requested later, or extras found on site (inside oven, fridge, windows).
- Condition: heavy build-up, post-construction dust, pet hair, clutter, hoarding or mould needs more hours than a standard visit.
- Move-in/move-out or first-time deep cleans on a home not cleaned in 3+ months.
- Access issues, parking fees, or travel outside our regular Prince George area.
No surprises: nothing is charged until you review and approve the emailed quote, and if our helper finds something on cleaning day that changes the price, we stop and ask you first in writing.
The Standard Home Clean is a maintenance service and is only available on a recurring plan. Need a single visit? Choose a Deep Clean instead.
