Non-medical home care details
These answers let us build the right care plan. We never provide medical or nursing care.
Why your final price can change (home care)
Your quote is built from the visit length, how many visits a week, and the extra supports you tick above. It can change only if the real care need turns out to be different from what is entered here.
We do not charge anything extra when:
- The person can walk independently or move safely with their own aid.
- They prepare their own meals and manage their own kitchen.
- There are no allergies or dietary restrictions to work around.
- They look after their own medicines — we only give friendly reminders.
- Light housekeeping, companionship and conversation are wanted — always included.
- You ask us to bring a preferred caregiver back for future visits.
A price can move up if extra supports are added later, if the visit runs longer than booked, or if overnight presence is needed. It can move down if you reduce hours or drop a support. Nothing changes without telling you in writing first.
Home care is non-medical: no injections, wound care, medication administration or lifts requiring two trained staff. See the home care FAQs and service agreement.
