Four steps, no surprises
1. Your price is released
We review your calculated quote and email it to you with the full service agreement, rules and policies. Until then it stays locked.
2. You approve it
Sign in, read the reviewed price and note from our team, and approve it. We record the approval with a timestamp.
3. Pick your date and access
Choose your service date, arrival window and how we get in. Homes are cleaned vacant unless an administrator has approved an exception.
4. Automatic payment is set up
Save your card securely with our payment processor. One-time cleans are charged after the visit; recurring plans bill automatically on your schedule, with a receipt every time.
Payment methods we accept
Card details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
