14-day money-back guarantee
If the app isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No forms, no arguing — just email apps@the-helper.ca from the address on the account.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; if a renewal catches you by surprise within 7 days, contact us and we'll look at it case by case.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect on the next billing date and are prorated, so you only pay for what you used on the old plan.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After that window we don't refund the unused months, but you keep full access until the term ends.
Your data on cancellation
Export your data as CSV any time before or after cancelling. We keep it available for 30 days, then delete it on request.
