What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, work email, company and plan.
• Billing records from our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Business data you put into the apps (contacts, jobs, invoices, ledger entries, posts).
• Basic technical logs used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To provide and support your subscription, to bill you, and to send service notices. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business data to train models.

Who processes it

Payments are processed by Stripe. Hosting, database and email delivery run on managed cloud providers under contract, with access limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Cookies

We use cookies that are required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, plus a small amount of aggregate analytics. You choose whether to accept optional cookies when you first visit, and you can change that choice later.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing apps@the-helper.ca. After cancellation we delete business data on request within 30 days, keeping only the billing records the law requires.
