Applies to The-Helper Digital Services only — the cleaning and home care business has its own policies.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or place an order we collect your name, email address, business name and the project details you give us. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, quote your project, deliver your build, send receipts and provide support. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent processor of your card data under its own privacy policy.
Storage and security
Enquiries and orders are stored in an access-controlled database. Only staff who need the information can see it, and access is logged.
Retention
Project records are kept for as long as we support the work and for the period required by Canadian tax law, then deleted.
Your choices
Email apps@the-helper.ca to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
